Context
A major telecommunications client approached us to design a white-label app intended for their partner providers. Our initial focus was the ordering process - a key user journey that needed to feel both intuitive and visually appealing. While the functional flow was predefined by the client, our role was to translate it into a user-friendly experience with a clean, adaptable interface that could scale across multiple brand implementations. The end clients are based in Southeast Asia, with the first launch planned in Singapore.
My Contribution
As a UX Designer, I contributed to the concept phase and helped define the overall UX direction. I conducted benchmarking research, presented key findings and design proposals to the client and collaborated closely with developers to assess technical feasibility.
For internal collaboration, our team used a Kanban board to organize tasks and maintain alignment throughout the project. On the client side, the workflow was structured through individual tickets for each step of the ordering process, which served as the foundation for our design iterations and discussions.
Research
Each flow was mapped in Miro to compare navigation structures, content hierarchy, UI patterns, and key friction points in the ordering experience.
The insights helped us spot industry standards, usability gaps, and opportunities to improve clarity and efficiency in our own order process design.

Concepting in wireframes
We started with low-fidelity wireframes to validate the overall direction with the client.
After two iterations, we aligned on the structure before moving into ticket-based refinement and high-fidelity design.
High-Fidelity Design
We translated the approved wireframes into high-fidelity screens with a clean, adaptable UI for white-label use.
